Jasmine Iman Wright

Welcome! My name is Jasmine Iman Wright and I am a writer based in Houston, Texas.

I attended the University of Texas at Austin and majored in Plan II Honors, Latin American Studies and also served as a Spanish translator for the Daily Texan. I continued my education at the same institution in August of 2024 to pursue my Master's in Journalism and Media Studies. This year I've had internship experience at the Austin Chronicle and Texas Monthly Magazine.

My interests are international news, immigration, and content production in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
